      Well now I'm curious to try and taste this Sotol thing. Seems amazing and unique in taste! The guys was always kind. Quiet but kind, just introvert. Brad always cheering and playful but he *always* gets the taste right. I almost forgot how good he's in his job bc he's a big funny guy but still a great chef.

      As someone from Sweden, considered by many to have extremely introverted citizens, I personally think that the Sotol worker wasn't very cold or rude, just a bit to the point and unused to the camera. The only thing I would say he could've improved significantly on is not letting Brad ask how things work.
